(No feet involved.)
This has been a busier week than I thought it would be, but I did get a few things done! A surprising amount of them are holiday themed, too.
Well, you already know about the garland, but I figured I’d include it anyway. Those two snowflakes were going to be added to it, but since I like its simplicity, I decided not to add them. Of course, now I have three snow flakes and I just don’t know what to do with them.
Guess I can add them to the tree, or incorporate them into some other form of decoration. Maybe hang them in the windows or something.
The first pair of flippy mittens I’ve ever made! Actually, I finished them last week, but I don’t think I ever bothered to get pictures of them. There are some things I’ll be changing with the next prototype pair, but these work well for me.
They’re very warm, and these are actually a bit on the dirty side, since I had been wearing them while hubby and I were cleaning out the garage earlier this week.
Ah, laundry. The never ending battle.
As for what’s on deck…
Well, I have a cube of felt and a bag of (safety) eyeballs. That means a foray into the world of plushy making and more crochet critters!
This should provide some fun shenanigans to write about, especially since my last attempt at making a plush doll resulted in Lumpy, the Moderately Human Shaped Pillow.
